India A win two-match test series against New Zealand 'A' <br/>

India &apos;A&apos; have won the two-match unofficial &apos;Test&apos; series against New Zealand &apos;A&apos; by a two-nil margin. At Vijayawada today, the hosts defeated the visitors by an innings and 26 runs in the second match. After scoring 211 in their first innings, New Zealand &apos;A managed only 210 in their second essay, after starting the final day at 104 for 1. Henry Nicholls played a lone hand for the visitors with a knock of 94. For India, leg-spinner Karn claimed 5 wickets for 78 runs, while left-armspinner Nadeem had a tally of four for 41. Pacer Shardul Thakur took the other wicket.India &apos;A&apos; had scored 447 in their only innings.New Zealand A have been completely outclassed in the series having lost the first &apos;Test&apos; by an innings and 31 runs.
