Vidhan Sabha building at Lucknow has beautifully been draped in tricolour making it cynosure of all eyes. All the other government buildings have been decorated with tricolor lights which give a very enchanting look at night. Governor Anandi Ben Patel hoisted tricolour at Raj Bhavan and greeted the people .
