Inclusive growth is the main agenda of the government and it can only happen with attention to rural areas, agriculture and the economically weaker section of the society. 

Talking exclusively to All India Radio News, Member, Niti Aayog, Prof. Ramesh Chand said, the Union Budget 2019-20 focuses on inclusive growth. 

Prof Chand said, there should be a reform in the way subsidies are given to the farmers. Stressing on the role of Startups, he said, startups in agriculture are a tool of innovation in the sector.
