Former Union Minister and DMK Parliamentary Party leader Mr.T.R.Baalu has said that inclusive growth is the mantra of success for the UPA government. He was speaking at the Valedictory function of the Bharat Nirman Campaign at Kundrathur on Saturday. He said that as a result of inclusive growth policies, the per capita income has increased from 18,000 in 2004 to 38,000 at present. Referring to global warming issues, he said that children should be motivated to protect the environment by growing trees.<br/>Mt.Baalu distributed three wheel chairs to handicapped students under the Sarva Siksha Abhiyan Scheme.<br/>
