In Assam, incessant rains and landslides have thrown life out of gear in Guwahati city. Continuous downpour caused massive water logging in most of the areas in Guwahati today. Four persons died due to landslides in the Boragaon area early this morning. Anil Nagar, Beltola, Nabin Nagar, Ulubari and Paltan Bazar areas have witnessed waterlogging. Vehicle movements are also badly affected. <br />''<br />''The District Administration has urged people not to come out from home, if there was no urgency. The Deputy Commissioner of Kamrup Metropolitan District has urged people to avoid landslide prone areas. Administration has also appealed people to contact at toll free number 1070, 1079 and 1077 for any emergency help.<br />
