<span style="color: #222222;">In Meghalaya, incessant rain and cyclonic storm has wreaked havoc in parts of the State with over 1493 population and 21 villages affected in the last 24 hours.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Following cyclone Amphan, the State witnessed heavy showers, cyclonic storm and hailstorm in various districts, triggering landslides, floods and washing off of roads and bridges.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meghalaya Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Kyrmen Shylla informed that five districts have been affected.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He added that the State Disaster Rescue Force has been dispatched to affected areas. He said that five relief camps have been set up while assessment is still on, and an had also been sounded.</span>
