In Manipur, all rivers are in receding trend. However, the Nambul river which passes through Imphal city is still flowing above danger level. <br/> <br/>AIR correspondent reports, due to week long incessant rain and overflowing spill way of Singda Dam, several low lying areas of Imphal West District including a sizable portion of capital city Imphal still remain under water. <br/> <br/>Though there is a slight improvement in weather conditions. People are still reeling under extreme hardship from twin problems floods and on going economic blockade.<br/><br/>
