Chasing a victory target of 413 runs set by India in the second Test in Colombo, hosts Sri Lanka were 72 for 2 at stumps in the second innings on the fourth day.Ravichandran Ashwin dismissed Kaushal Silva for 1 and Kumar Sangakkara for 18 to put India in control of the second test. Sangakkara walked off the Test field for one final time as he has already declared his retirement from Test cricket after the current match. Indian fielders lined up to shake Sangakkara's hand in appreciation of his contribution to the game of cricket. Earlier, India declared their second innings at 325 for 8. Ajinkya Rahane's 126 was his fourth hundred and helped India set Sri Lanka the huge target. Tharindu Kaushal and Dhammika Prasad took four wickets each for Sri Lanka.
