In Pakistan, at least 18 people were killed and 40 others injured when a powerful explosion occurred today<br/>in Hyderabad city in Pakistan's southern Sindh province.<br/>Police said, the explosion which was accidental took place at a busy transport hub in the city and there is no indication that the<br/>blast was an act of terrorism.<br/> The blast was so powerful that it flattened several<br/>buildings and damaged trucks and buses parked in the area.<br/>Rescue teams were rushed to the site to remove bodies and the<br/>injured from the debris.<br/>An officer said that about 40 people who were injured<br/>were rushed to nearby hospitals. Doctors at a nearby hospital<br/>said they have so far received 14 bodies.<br/>
