In Jammu and Kashmir, normal life continued to remain affected in the Valley for the 78th consecutive day. <br/><br/>Curfew was imposed in Handwara town of north Kashmir's Kupwara district and areas under three police stations of old Srinagar city. Restrictions under Section 144 remained in all sensitive areas across Kashmir Valley. No untoward incident was reported from any part of the Valley.
