Suresh Raina on 36 and Harbhajan Singh, who is yet to open his account, were at the crease.Earlier, put into bat, Rest of India got off to a ballistic start, as openers Shikhar Dhawan and Murali Vijay shared 144 runs for the opening wicket. Shikhar Dhawan was the first one to go, as he was cleaned up by Shardul Thakur at 63. Murali Vijay then scored his second successive Irani Cup century, paving the way for strong first innings score. However, he was out for 116.
