The Yatra (VBSY), which covered all 6,200 villages and 2000 sites in cities, has been a success in the state and proved to be effective in providing the benefits of government welfare schools on the spot. The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY), flagged off by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 16 last year across the country, aims to raise awareness and achieve saturation of government schemes, as well as making India a developed and Self-reliant nation by 2047.</span></p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">An official spokesperson said that Haryana witnessed large participation of women power,  over 51 lakh 20 thousand people participated in the yatra out of which more than 21 lakh 54 thousand were women. The yatra has also been a platform for the government to honour women, meritorious students, and athletes. Over 37,000 women, 49,000 students, and 7,320 athletes have been felicitated during the yatra.</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><br />''</p>''<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;">During the yatra, health check-up camps were also organised for the people to check their health status and the importance of being healthy.
