In Arunachal Pradesh, search parties have spotted a crash site along with three bodies this morning. The team spotted from a height what they said was possibly wreckages of an aircraft in an area in between Kyela and Lugutang near Tawang. AIR correspondent reports final confirmation on the matter is awaited about the crash site of the chopper carrying Chief Minister Dorjee Khandu that went missing on Saturday. The army in Kyela has now sent a team to the location and reports are awaited.Meanwhile, Union Minister V Narayanasamy and Mukul Wasnik left Itanagar from New Delhi this morning. Arunachal PWD Minister Nabam Tuki told AIR that they have also received first hand information of the discovery of the wreckages. He said an official confirmation is awaited for the time being.Home Minister P. Chidambram has said that the search and rescue team has sighted a possible crash site between Kyela and Lugudhang region in Arunanchal Pradesh. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Mr Chidambaram said that the site lies in the possible route the chopper carrying missing Arunanchal Pradesh Chief Minister could have taken. He added that the team has also sighted three bodies from a height. He said that an Army team has been dispatched on foot to the crash site to identify and recover the bodies. Mr. Chidambaram urged to avoid speculation and wait for further confirmation.
