In Afghanistan, Energy Minister survives a car bomb attack ;four persons dead

In Afghanistan, Energy Minister Mohammad Ismail Khan survived a car bomb attack in the west of the country on Sunday that left at least four civilians dead and 17 wounded. A Police spokesman Abdul Raouf Ahmadi said that the bomb exploded in Afghanistan's cultural hub Herat as the convoy of the Minister was passing, killing four people including a woman and a child, and injuring 17 other. Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
