<span style="color: #222222;">Union Minister for Human Resource Development Prakash Javadekar has said the impact of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana is expanding with more and more women from rural and urban areas benefiting from it. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He was speaking after distributing LPG connections to the beneficiaries of the scheme in Pune today. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Javadekar said that even though almost ten crore women have received the LPG connection under the scheme, still many women are using firewood to cook food. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said that for firewood, trees are being cut on large scale and the hazardous smoke emanating from chulhas is causing health problems to the women. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Minister informed that the scope of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana will be widened further.</span><br />
