The International Monetary Fund has called on Europe to take urgent action to prevent a eurozone meltdown. Its plea comes two days before European Union leaders are due to meet in Brussels for a summit on a second rescue of the financially hobbled Greece.The IMF says Europe's leaders need to act quickly to avoid a contagion that would damage not only the region but the global economy.
