Mumbai has received 910.2 millimetres of rains in the first 15 days of the month as compared to the average rainfall of 841 millimeters for the month of July. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">So far, the city has also met 58 per cent of its seasonal rainfall target but the lakes supplying water to Mumbai have about 24 per cent stock, which is fifty per cent less as compared to last year. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In a statement, Deputy Director-General, Western Region, IMD, Mr. KS Hosalikar said that Konkan is experiencing active monsoon under the influence of a low-level cyclonic circulation. With the city receiving over 250 mm of rainfall in the last 24 hours, water logging was reported from several areas amid the raging coronavirus disease outbreak. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Traffic movement was closed at Andheri subway and Khar subway; along with disruptions at Chandivali junction and Wadala freeway. Waterlogging was also reported in low-lying areas of Dadar, Hindmata, Mahim and Parel. Mumbai's civic body has asked citizens not to venture out of their homes unless absolutely necessary.</span><br />''
