<span style="color: #222222;">The Inter Ministerial Central Team – IMCT has refuted certain media reports claiming that it has projected coronavirus cases in Mumbai to touch 42,604 by 30th April and 6.5 lakh by mid-May. In a statement issued from Mumbai today, the IMCT clarified that no such projection has been made. The committee said, the projections seem to be based on a hypothetical mathematical model, calculated at a doubling rate of 3.8 days.
