Madras High Court today adjourned to 27th of this month, hearing on the CBI petition seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to Former Union Telecom Minister Dayanidhi Maran in the alleged multi crore illegal BSNL Telephone Exchange Case. <br/><br/>In the petition, filed on 17th of this month, CBI accused Mr Maran of deliberately suppressing information and appealed to the court to cancel the bail. CBI also accused Mr Maran of being evasive and giving contradictory replies.
