IITF trade showcases Indian handicrafts on first day

Visitors from business category are pouring in large numbers in the ongoing India International Trade Fair at Pragati Maidan in the national capital as the first five days of the Fair are exclusively reserved for them.

With the Theme ' Indian Handicrafts- the magic of gifted hands' a variety of products of this sector are available at various stalls.

Apart from them, products including bamboos, jute, leather, stone and pearls are also the centre of attractions in the fair.

Various Ministries have also set up their stalls at their pavilions to showcase their products.

In Water pavilion, the Ministry for Water Resources highlighted the need of conservation of water and its management while Health Ministry in its pavilion, has organised an exhibition on healthy life style.

Free Diabetes test, eye test and counseling on avoiding mental stress are being provided by the health experts.

Income Tax Department has also set up stalls to facilitate pan card service and other services to the people.
