Mr. Tara Singh, an officer of Indian Information Service, serving as Assistant Director, Press Information Bureau, Shimla died Saturday morning after brief illness.<br/><br/>1960 born Tara Singh joined this service in 1987 and during his tenure besides PIB he also worked in various units of DFP and DDK Hissar.<br/><br/> He belonged to Ludhiana district of Punjab and his body has been taken to the native place by his relatives.
