A senior Indian Information Service officer P Doungal passed away in New Delhi today. He was posted at Press Information Bureau as Director. He was suffering from multiple ailments including kidney disease. <br/><br/>He breathed his last at All India Institute of Medical Sciences. During his service, he had worked at DD News and All India Radio in various capacities.
