In West Bengal, stage is set for the second phase of Assembly Elections in the State tomorrow. The polling will take place in 50 seats covering Murshidabad, Nadia and Birbhum districts. Arrangements for holding the election have been completed. Polling personnel have already reached to their destination. Over 93 lakh 51 thousand voters will decide the fate of 293 candidates. Eleven thousand 531 polling booths have been set up in three districts. Unprecedented security measures have been taken to ensure free and fair voting. 28 General Observers, Eight Expenditure and one Police Observer are monitoring the poll process.
