Manipur Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh has said an Indian Institute of Information Technology,IIIC, will be set up in Senapati in Manipur under Public-Private Partnership. He said a delegation of the Union Ministry of Human Resource Development has recently visited the state and discussed establishing such an institute in the state.
