Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU, has started a diploma course in business process outsourcing, BPO.

A statement from the varsity says, keeping in view requirement of present generation, the diploma programme has been designed and developed in BPO-finance and accounting and is targeted at undergraduate, graduate and working professionals.

The objective of the course is enable aspirants to develop their professional skills to be eligible for employment in the BPO industry.

The course incorporates a blend of theory and practical, designed by eminent academicians, BPO training and e-learning organisations to provide students with a comprehensive learning model. The last date for submission of application forms is 30th July.
