IGNOU today launched Psychology programmes at BA and MA levels which will come into effect from the academic session July 2010. Speaking to reporters in the capital today, a spokesperson for the university said that many new areas of psychology such as Sports psychology, Eastern psychology, Neuro psychology and Forensic psychology have been incorparated in the curriculum at the bachelor's and master's level. She asserted that given the enhanced demand for trained psychologists in the coming years, IGNOU has decided to take this intiative.<br/>
