A spectacular closing ceremony of the 43rd edition of International film festival of India begins at 4.00 pm in Panaji, Goa.

Veteran Telagu film actor Mr. Nandamuri Balakrishna will be the chief guest along with Australian filmmaker Mr. Paul Cox as a guest of honor.

The Chairman of International Jury Mr. Goutam Ghose will announce winners of awards in different categories. A special film award to mark the 100 year of Indian Cinema on the occasion of centenary of Indian films will also be given.

Noted Director Mira Nair would grace the occasion whose film Reluctant Fundamentalist would be screened as closing film of the festival. The ceremony would have a cultural programme choreographed by Longinus Fernandes.

All India Radio would broadcast the closing ceremony live from 3.55 pm. It would also be streamed live on Information and Broadcasting Ministry’s You Tube channel.
