The Indian panorama of the International Film Festival of India starts today at Panaji, Goa. The 10-day long film carnival screening 300 movies from 61 countries was inaugurated by the Railway Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday evening at the glittering function attended by eminent film personalities from all over the country and abroad.
