If required PM will intervene in discussion on the issues raised by oppositions to break logjam in both the Houses: Venkaiah Naidu

Reaching out to opposition ahead of all party meeting convened today, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu has said if required, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will intervene in the discussion on the issues raised by the oppositions to break the logjam in both the Houses. The opposition parties are continuously demanding the resignation of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj and Rajasthan Chief Minister on Lalit Modi scandal and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister on Vyapam scam. Talking to media outside Parliament, Mr. Naidu said the government wanted Parliament to function so that each and every issue can be discussed. He said in the all-party meeting this afternoon, the issues relating to the smooth conduct of Parliament and ways and means to move forward will be discussed.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, Prime Minister had a meeting with senior Union Ministers at Parliament House this morning and believed to have discussed the strategy for the all-party meeting. Union Ministers Rajnath Singh, Sushma Swaraj, Arun Jaitley and Naidu attended it.
