Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has demanded the implementation of NYAY Yojana proposed by his party to accelerate the country's economy. Addressing a public meeting at Nooh in Haryana, Mr Gandhi said some top economists had told him that MGNREGA scheme was the reason for good economic growth during the Congress-led rule at the Centre from 2004 to 2014.<br />''<br />''The Congress alleged that farmers are not getting MSP for their crops under the BJP government in Haryana. He said when Congress came to the power in Rajasthan, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh, farmers' loans were waived immediately. He said if elected to power in Haryana, Congress will waive farmers' loans as well.<br />''<br />
