<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) planted in a tin box was diffused successfully by the bomb disposal squad near Nowgam Railway station in Srinagar. Police sources said that the Road Opening Party (RoP) and the police team spotted a suspected object early this morning on Pantha-Chowk-Nowgam road stretch in Srinagar, a few hundred meters away from the Nowgam Railway station near a bridge. The Bomb Disposal Squad was called to check the object that turned out to be the IED fitted in a tin box.</span><br />
