The Indian Community Welfare Committee, ICWC, which runs under the patronage of the Consulate General of India in Dubai, has launched a new project aimed at welfare of women and children. ICWC Convenor K Kumar said that a special fund has been launched for their welfare after carefully studying the current scenario of the community in the wake of financial meltdown and its consequences.
