ICICI Bank has reported that its consolidated net profit in the January-March quarter jumped 79.27 per cent to Rs 1,341.80 crore.The bank had a net profit of Rs 748.44 crore in the year-ago quarter, ICICI Bank said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.Total income of ICICI Bank, however, declined to Rs 16,212.02 crore for the quarter under review, down 4.61 per cent from Rs 16,995.59 crore in the same period last fiscal.The board of ICICI Bank has proposed a dividend of Rs 12 per share for the year ended 31st March, 2010.
