Goa shipyard launched "Shourya", the fifth of the series of six Offshore Patrol Vessels for the Indian Coast Guard today. The vessel was launched by Goa Governor Mridula Sinha in a ceremony at Vasco. <br/><br/>The vessel is powered by twin diesel engines and is fitted with state-of-the-art Navigation and Communication Equipment. The vessel carries four boats for surveillance operations.
