ICC U-19 World Cup: India beat Pakistan by 203 runs; to face Australia in finals

India stormed into the Final of the Under-19 Cricket World Cup this morning with a stunning 203-run win over arch-rivals Pakistan at Christchurch in New Zealand.Opting to bat in the semi-final, India posted 272 for 9, courtesy Shubman Gill who converted his record sixth 50-plus score in Youth ODIs into an excellent century. He made an unbeaten 102.Then, with the ball, India skittled out Pakistan for just 69 in 29.3 overs to enter the Final for the sixth time. Paceman Ishan Porel bagged the maximum of 4 wickets. Shubman was adjudged man of the match.With the win, India, the three-time champions, are still unbeaten in the tournament, so far.The Prithvi Shaw-led side will face Australia in the summit clash at Mount Maunganui on Saturday. Australia had defeated Afghanistan by 6 wickets in the other semi-final yesterday.
