Batting first India piled up a total of 301 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 60 overs. Sanju Samson was the top scorer with a breezy 85. Indian openers were off to a slow start but picked up the momentum later in the day. Ankush Bains made 57 while Akhil Harwadkar made 37 runs. SS Aiyer contributed 37 runs while Skipper V Zol scored 35 runs.Sarfaraz Khan chipped in with 34 runs of 18 deliveries by the close of Indian innings.
