ICC Twenty-20: India chasing target of 131 runs set by Pak

Chasing the target of 131 runs, set by arch-rivals Pakistan, India were 64 for the loss of 2 wickets in their opening group league game of the ICC World Twenty-20 at Mirpur today, when reports last came in. Earlier winning the toss and electing to field, India restricted Pakistan to a modest 130 for seven in the stipulated twenty overs. Umar Akmal remained the top scorer for Pakistan making 33 off 30 balls while Ahmed Shehzad and Sohaib Maqsood chipped in with 22 and 21 respectively. For India, Amit Mishra scalped two Pakistan batsmen while Mohammed Shami and Ravindra Jadeja took one wicket each.
