<br/>The International Criminal Court has authorised its Prosecutor, Luis Moreno-Ocampo to investigate the violence that followed Kenya's last general election. Mr. Moreno-Ocampo said the decision meant there will be no impunity for the perpetrators.<br/><br/>The ethnic and tribal clashes which were allegedly inflammed by politicians left around 1300 people dead.
