ICC T-20 World Cup Cricket: NZ take on B'desh

New Zealand will take on Bangladesh in Pallekele in Sri Lanka in a Group-D match of the ICC Twenty-20 cricket tournament today. The match will begin at 3:30 pm IST. Later in the evening, defending champions England will kickstart their campaign as they meet Afghanistan in a Group 'A' encounter in Colombo. This is a must win game for the Afghans as they have already lost to India in their opening macth.Last night, South Africa defeated Zimbabwe by 10 wickets in a lop-sided Group-C match at Hambantota. Put into bat, Zimbabwe scored a paltry 93 for 8 in the stipulated 20 overs. South African all-rounder Jacques Kallis did most of the damage by scalping 4 wickets. Chasing a victory target of 94, the Proteas overhauled the target with all 10 wickets intact and more than 7 overs to spare. Richard Levi made an unbeaten 54, while Hashim Amla was 32 not out. Kallis was adjudged man of the match.
