ICC Cricket WC: South Africa to take on Ireland in Pool B encounter

In the ICC Cricket World Cup, South Africa will take on Ireland in a Pool B encounter at Manuka Oval, Canberra today. The match will begin at 9 am Indian time. With equal points in the pool table, both the teams will try to gather the point from this match that will keep them in safe zone and will brighten their chance of quarter finals. South Africa is the established side in this affair but Ireland cannot be ruled out totally. Victories over West Indies and UAE have left Ireland looking good for the knockouts with half their matches still to be played, although they know their strongest opposition in the group is still to come. South Africa on the other side have recovered from their defeat to India and have buoyed from their performance over West Indies.
