ICC & Cricket Boards of Lanka, Pak & Bangladesh order enquiries into match fixing

International Cricket Council, ICC and Cricket Boards of Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh have ordered enquiries into the footage aired by a TV channel that showed umpires from Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh agreeing to match fixing.The ICC has asked the TV station to share the tapes of the sting operation so that they may be examined by its anti-corruption unit and also studied by member boards. The ICC has clarified that none of the officials mentioned by the TV channel worked as umpires in the recently concluded Twenty20 World Cup.
