The International Cricket Council, ICC, has cleared bowling action of Pakistan's Saeed Ajmal. The bowler can now resume bowling in international Cricket. He had undergone retests for his bowling actions at Sri Ramachandra University in Chennai on 24th of January. At the retests, it was revealed that the amount of elbow extensions of the off-spinner's bowling action for all deliveries was within the 15-degree level of tolerance permitted under the ICC regulations.Saeed Ajmal was reported after the first Test match against Sri Lanka in Galle in August. Saeed Ajmal had failed initial tests, which were performed on 25th of August at the National Cricket Centre in Brisbane, and on 19th September at the Cardiff Metropolitan University, respectively.
