The International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague today acquitted former Ivory Coast President Laurent Gbagbo of all charges of crimes against humanity over post-electoral violence in the West African nation. <br />''<br />''The judges said prosecutors had failed to show there was evidence of a &quot;common plan&quot; to foment violence.
