In Manipur, Okram Ibobi Singh will assume the charge of Chief Minister again. Mr. Ibobi Singh was appointed leader of the Congress Legislature Party by the Party President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi after the newly elected members of the Assembly pleaded for it during their interaction with the observers. He will be administered oath today.
