In Manipur, Okram Ibobi Singh will be sworn-in as Chief Minister, today afternoon.

The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Raj Bhavan, Imphal after a short while. This time, Mr. Ibobi Singh alone will be administered oath of office and secrecy as the other Ministers to be inducted are to be decided only after consultations with the Party High Command in New Delhi.
