The BJP today charged the Manipur government with having failed to fulfill the promises it has been making to the people of Manipur during the past 15 years. <br/><br/>Addressing a press conference in Imphal today, Party President Amit Shah said that the Ibobi government has nothing to show on the development front. He said, it has yet to submit the utilization certificate for over 100 projects. He said, the implementation of 93 central schemes launched for the poor, the farmers and the tribals has also been poor. <br/><br/>Mr. Shah said, instances of scams have also come to notice in recruitment, implementation of MGNREGA and Food Security. He alleged that the unemployment figure in the state has increased three times. Mr. Shah accused the UPA government of having swindled 12 lakh crore rupees in different scams when it was in power.
