Information and Broadcasting's Secretary Apurva Chandra on Thursday visited various film related institutions in Mumbai. Mr. Chandra visited the proposed site of National Centre of Excellence (NCOE) in Animation,VFX and Gaming Comics near Film City in Goregaon. Ministry is developing this Centre of Excellence in association with IIT Bombay.<br />''<br />''Secretary also held discussion with IITB's Director Prof. Subhasis Chaudhuri. This institute aims to create a world-class talent pool in India to cater to the Indian as well as global entertainment industry. He also visited The whistling Woods international Film institute.<br />''<br />
