Noting the digital push of Publications Division, he said technology has made lives easier, giving easy solutions. The e-version of the book was also released by the Mr Jaitley. <br/><br/>These books give comprehensive information about the country and various States and Union Territories including functioning of the Government and the economy. It also provides detailed information on various schemes and projects of Government and its various departments. It is particularly important for competitive exams. <br/><br/>The E versions will be cheaper and easier to store and will be priced at 75 per cent of the print book cost. The books along with other books of Publication Division are also available in Flipkart. This yearbook is published annually by the Publications Division of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
