Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni filed her nomination paper today at Chandigarh for Rajya Sabha seat. She submitted her papers to Secretary, Punjab Vidhan Sabha in the presence of a larger number of Punjab MLAs and Senior Congress leaders. The election for two Rajya Sabha seats from Punjab is due on 17th of this month. Earlier during the day Shiromani Akali Dal candidate Balvinder Singh Bhunder also filed his nomination papers for the Upper House. Two Rajya Sabha seats from Punjab are falling vacant next month. <br/>
