Information and Broadcasting Minister Ambika Soni today condoled the death of senior journalist George Joseph, who died yesterday following cardiac arrest. In her message, Mrs. Soni said that George Joseph was a veteran journalist whose death has caused an irreparable loss to the glorious profession of journalism. She also said that Joseph displayed tremendous courage and commitment in reporting events, including happenings in Kashmir Valley when it was afflicted by militancy .
